a week agoI recently stayed at this hotel in Bali for my birthday trip, and it was an amazing experience! I was looking for a place where I could relax and enjoy the ocean view right from my bed, and this hotel was the perfect choice. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They found out it was my birthday and went the extra mile to decorate our room and even surprised me with a birthday cake! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for—just lying in bed and watching the ocean was so relaxing. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. They also offer massage and spa services in a clean and comfortable setting, which added to the overall relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Bali!

5 months agoThe hotel is in an excellent location with a sea view, and the services around the hotel provide everything you need. The room is very clean, and both the bed and pillows are soft. The breakfast is diverse. The hotel staff are very friendly and always smiling. On Thursday night, there is a traditional dance performance at the hotel that you shouldn’t miss. There was live music next to the hotel in the evening, and we were quite worried that it might affect our sleep. Fortunately, the band stopped playing by 10 PM, so we were able to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

3 months ago1. All your staffs were very friendly and non-discriminative. Always full of smiles and warmth. 2. Check-in and check-out was super easy and efficient, your staff was very helpful. 3. Room was very clean. I am a little bit particular on cleanliness and have read tonnes of reviews from other hotels before deciding on Mercure Kuta. I am so pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the bed (no stains whatsoever). Toilet was very clean. 4. I especially appreciate the warm welcome from the complimentary drinks and snacks. 5. Breakfast was satisfying and staffs were fully on standby and very very efficient. For all the reviews above, I would love to visit Mercure Kuta again.

2 months agoLocated in front of Kuta beach, you can even saw the beach from their rooftop. Walking distance to Beachwalk. The room was not too big but comfortable for family of 3 (we've got upgraded to deluxe balcony, thanks). The breakfast overall was just ok. The staffs hospitality were great.

2 months agoThe hotel location is good but the rooms are too small and and have no much facilities inside ANDhave no value for money. The service is good except the Reception Supervisor lady is arrogant and for any request like alternate rooms..she says I will cancel and refund you the amount after checking in and making payment. Although classified as 4 star..I feel the quality matches to only 3 star property. No or very less option in the Restaurant for vegetarians and Vegans. New year celebrations does not have a DJ nor live music/ dance. The additional money spent for NEW YEAR COUNTDOWN WAS NOT WORTH IT. There are much more better options of Hotels in Kuta. We do not recommend this hotel more so from ATTITUDE angle..Hence not customer oriented.
