a month agoThe hotel is in an excellent location with a sea view, and the services around the hotel provide everything you need. The room is very clean, and both the bed and pillows are soft. The breakfast is diverse. The hotel staff are very friendly and always smiling. On Thursday night, there is a traditional dance performance at the hotel that you shouldn’t miss. There was live music next to the hotel in the evening, and we were quite worried that it might affect our sleep. Fortunately, the band stopped playing by 10 PM, so we were able to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

2 months agoI stayed for a week here with my family, and the stuff that I experienced here is something that is out of this world. I love the food that was serviced. They were delicious, like you could taste the balanced ingredients and the quality of it is 10/10. The room that my family stayed in was great. It was clean and neat. No speck of dust can be seen. The ambiance of the room was astronomical. The location made it even better. We had such a great room, and it was spacious as well. One of my favorite things in this particular hotel is the spa. We went there and it was heavenly. The ocean front just made it 100 times better, no doubt. It is one of the best hotels that I've been to.

a month agoRooms were quite plain and small, but you’re paying for the location and the amazing Balinese service. For our first time in Bali, Kuta was a great central place for everything. Very family friendly. The infinity pool on the roof is top notch.

2 months agoThe hotel is very handy and across the road from the main beach. We booked two rooms for our family. The rooms are nice, compact, comfortable but nondescript. We had a small verandah that only one person would fit on. However, the rooftop pool area and the restaurant where you have breakfast offers fantastic views. We were disappointed to find that the pool area had been booked out for the night for a wedding when we arrived so we were told we couldn't use that space - they should have mentioned that when we booked. As we were only staying two nights it was a bit of a shame.
