2 months agoI can not fault this amazing hotel. This was my second stay and it was perfect. The staff are so kind, welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much Yogi from housekeeping & Adi from the reception desk. You were both wonderful. The rooms are so clean and modern and the pool and restaurant and gym are great. You are in the best location! So close to the beach and all the nicest restaurants. I will be staying again in the future for sure!

in the last weekthe location the rooms the staff were 10/10. my only issue was the party that’s on next door on tuesday till 1am but they do provide earplugs for this. The pool was perfect loads of places for people to sit and a bar right next to pool

And they took advantage of this and left sweets in our room ❤️ First of all, I must say that if we evaluate the price-performance ratio, you cannot find such a service, cleanliness and abundance of social activities in another hotel. First of all, the hotel is in a great location (7-8 minutes walking distance to the ocean, you go directly to the square and there are very nice cafes and bars around). The kitchen is quite successful. The staff is very polite. The shower and toilet were very important to us and we felt like we were in our own home. Yes, there is a loud party in the hotel next door, but only two days a week, and this is Canggu dude, so dancing and having fun is quite normal

4 months agoWe stayed at Eastin Ashta for 10 days and would definitely stay here again. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel offers a variety of fun events throughout the week, including happy hours, comedy nights, and outdoor movies. The pool is huge and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room was spotless with a large, comfortable bed, and we appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water per person each day. The location is convenient, close to the beach and restaurants, and although there's a nightclub nearby, it didn’t disrupt our sleep as much as we expected from previous reviews. The only improvement would be having two chairs on the balcony.

5 months agoWe recently stayed at this wonderful 4-star hotel in Canggu, Bali, and it was a fantastic experience for our family. The hotel offers a great blend of comfort, luxury, and hospitality, making it a perfect choice for families. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional service provided by the housekeeper, Yogi. He went above and beyond to ensure our rooms were spotless and well-stocked every day. His hard work and dedication truly made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel itself boasts well-maintained facilities, including a beautiful pool and a variety of family-friendly amenities. The rooms are spacious, modern, and equipped with all the necessary comforts. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor and the overall cleanliness. However, there was one downside to our otherwise perfect stay—the neighboring night club/hotel. Every Tuesday and Friday, the loud music from the night club next door was quite disruptive and affected our sleep quality. This was a bit disappointing, especially since we were looking forward to peaceful nights after a day of exploring Bali. Despite this, our overall experience was very positive, and we would recommend this hotel to other families looking for a great stay in Canggu. The friendly and attentive staff, especially Yogi, made our visit memorable, and we hope the hotel can find a way to address the noise issue from the neighboring property.
