in the last weekLocation is walking distance to the beach, like 2 minutes walk top. Service is great. Everyone is friendly and try to be helpful. I have the problem with my room. The USB plug next to my bed is not working. The bidet spray was weird but working yesterday but the next day it doesn’t work. Then the shower head also not working properly. It suppose to be able to work independently either the handheld shower or the ceiling shower. But the one in my room both work at the same time. The good thing is the room is impeccable clean like brand new.

4 months agoA fantastic property situated in the heart of Canggu, Como Canggu feels modern and chic. At check-in, we’re greeted by Laurent, who’s friendly and professional. She’s one of many wonderful staff members we encountered during our stay. The gym facilities are comprehensive and the pools are breathtaking. We highly recommend catching sunset at Como’s beach pool as well. During our stay, my travel companion unfortunately fell sick. Como’s wonderful staff members helped arrange for doctor’s visit and regularly checked in to ensure our wellbeing was well taken care of. I am thoroughly impressed with Como Canggu and hope to return soon.

In Bali customer service is already at a high standard, to day service here stands out is meant as the highest compliment. Highly recommend the location by the beach. Food at the beach bar was amazing as well. We had a wonderful experience as did the kids. Thank you!!!!!

4 months agoStayed at Como for 4 nights. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. The poolside staff, (Indra!) was very helpful and attentive as well. The beach club staff were also cheerful and made our breakfast all the more enjoyable. Rooms were fantastic, so well equipped and clean. And the 24 hour gym facility is amazing. Will be back for sure!

4 months agoWe had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal, close to the beach, making it easy to explore. Our room was spacious and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the breakfast spread was delightful, featuring a mix of local and international dishes. We especially enjoyed the amenities (pool, restaurant), which added to the overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
