Amazing place. The breakfast, the rooms and the service were all top notch. Our family stayed in a suite and I will say we were not disappointed, when we went in the room there were tropical fruits from Bali and small desserts with a hand written letter.
We were picked up from another hotel with a van, the van was really welcoming, nicely decorated with water bottles to cool you down and a sweet treat. When we arrived the people gave us these beautiful white flowers.
One thing I absolutely adored was that there was a pond which had fish, you could even ask for food from the reception to feed them! Sometimes there was a crane.
Overall jaw dropping resort, service amazing and I have to say, I will save up to come here someday again.
I just returned home to the US from 9 AMAZING nites here. All I can say is 5 stars is not enough. I’ve stayed at Marriott properties all over the world and this is by far the absolute best! The food is Amazing! The staff is amazing! The rooms and Villas are amazing! The property is very well kept. The spa services are some of the best I’ve ever had. There is Nothing at all to say bad about this property or my stay. The staff treat you like Royalty! The breakfast buffet is Over the top. You can order anything and everything you want. This resort does not disappoint. Great job St Regis Bali on an amazing vacation!
Enjoyed our 4 days stay here at this beautiful resort! Enjoyed their very romantic atmosphere spa and the room is clean. Refreshing scent and Bali music in the lobby area. The staff from the front desk team to the cleaning team were very professional and friendly! Also the private beach area was very relaxing and calm. Will recommend to my friends and family!

It’s a beautiful, peaceful and blissful Resort that I cannot fault even if I tried hard.
It was our very first trip to Bali for Christmas and they made our stay so special that my daughter kept calling it “Bali” asking us to go back to Bali (although we were still there, just in another resort hahaha 😂😂😂).
Everyone was treated like a Royal in their Resort. Kids had so many free treats, Ice-creams, special drinks and snacks when at the beach.
They were literally AMAZING!! So good with small little details like (leaving little notes in the rooms for the kids with presents (colouring activities packs, a snack or a Teddy), leaving stockings at the doors on Christmas Eve. sending flowers and a card to wish our little boy well when he got sick, calling every now and then asking if he wanted to eat anything in particular(He was so taken care of that I even told my husband that if there is a place I ever want to be sick in, it’s in The St. Regis Resort Bali 😂😂),
Everyone in the resort knew that our little man was sick so from the front desk, restaurants to even the Spa, staff kept asking how he was feeling and wishing him a speedy recovery. Doctors were sent to us immediately after request and our son was back to his feet eating the tastiest pancakes again in no time.
They Made Christmas so special for the kids that they want to go back every year as it’s “The Best Christmas Ever!!” 😊.
I still struggle to pick my favorite from their resort; is it the tastiest/ freshest food, the freshly made juices during our daily breakfast, the HIGH TEA, the accommodating Chefs that would make pancakes at night if that’s what they kids wanted for dinner, their cocktails/ mocktails, the beautifully well maintained gardens, the stunning water salt pool, the beach or their amazing staff? Although it’s very hard to pick we still felt extra welcomed by Fanny and Tin that were helpful beyond words, so thank you 🙏🙏🙏.
I get it, when people say it was pricey but hey, it’s so WORTH IT if you want a special and peaceful holiday with the biggest and most varied Breakfast BUFFET I’ve ever experienced.
The St Regis Resort Bali was my family’s bliss this year and it was the PERFECT PLACE to spend the end of 2024.
I highly recommend this Resort and we are definitely going back to our beautiful Lagoon Villa #806 again 🥰💓💕
Fabulous place. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, Will always ensure to make your stay is comfortable and that you are taken good care of. The food is fantastic . Beach is the cleanest here. Rooms are clean and well equipped. 100% recommended.
