The Mulia Resort – Nusa Dua

I went here just to swim in the pool, as my friend was staying here. The resort is outstanding. It is clean and well kept. It is a large resort with so much to offer. There's a few restaurants and shops to go to. A bar in the pool, so you can drink and have fun without getting out of the water. All toilets on site open up when you enter to use them. So if you're in your room, or out by the pool, the lid lifts, flushes by itself when you've finished and then closes the lid when you leave. This resort is amazing, you won't regret staying here.

I can't even begin to describe how amazing this resort is. By far the best resort I have ever been to with the delicious food and beverage, multiple pools, being right on the beautiful Indian Ocean, and most importantly the stellar service. I have never been treated so well at a hotel/resort ever. Each staff member goes out of their way to ask how you are or if you need anything. They go above and beyond the expectations. I highly recommend this resort and am already planning my next stay here!

Our overall experience was positive, but we were expecting more from a luxury resort. Cons: nice hotels usually notice new arrivals at the pool and bring them towels. This did not happen and once we even had to wait for 15 minutes for a towel before we could sit back and relax. We also found it questionable that there was no free drinking water at the pools or at dinner. The quality of the hot drinks at breakfast was low (teabag and instant coffee). We did not receive any welcome drinks and there were no robes in the room. Our room also had bad lighting (not possible to read at night), no plugs in the bathroom and only an electric plug at one of the beds. It would’ve been nice if there were one quiet pool without club music. A large bottle of water is sold for 130 thousand IDRL although the same size of water costs between 5 and 8 thousand IDR at supermarkets. Pro: The staff, especially those at The Cafe were very friendly. The dinner buffet at The Cafe was truly incredible.

I love this place it's awesome. This family of four, all love it. Plenty of space for the kids to play without disrupting others. The pools are sensational. Drinks are great, food is beautiful and the service is amazing
