2 weeks agoI recently stayed for a business trip and was impressed by the beautiful facilities and the good service provided by the staff. However, I had a concerning experience during my stay. The water quality in the hotel was not clean, and after spending five days there, I unfortunately left with a case of water poisoning, which I believe was due to the dirty water. For such a large and expensive resort, I expected better attention to basic amenities like water quality. Implementing a proper water filtration system would greatly improve the guest experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

a month agoGreat experience. We got upgraded to an Ocean Facing room with fantastic view of the ocean. Perfect for Sunrise pictures and videos. Rooms have all that you require with 24 Hour room service. Be prepared to walk as activities such as the pool area may be far from your actual room. Fantastic staff, that will cater to your needs, and are super friendly. We witnessed a wedding in the gardens this weekend too! Check in might be a little smoother (there are plenty staff though) Just make sure you check in, before or after the actual time, possibly to avoid a rush of people. Facilities are incredible, with many options of pools and bars on the property. Gym is well equipped, and I could get a full workout in. Highly recommended.

a month agoGreat hotel with spacious room, nice views of the beach and great pools for children. Liked the various food provided for breakfast. Complete facilities, and great for a getaway to have a relaxing stay. Downside is, most of the hotels in this area are quite far and secluded and no places to go that is walking-distance. If you like to explore places on foot, search and find a more suitable place.

a week agoIt’s a nice hotel, great view!!!!! I did find the service a bit slow. It feels they are short of stuff, from checking in, to ordering water to the room… it’s a bit disappointing as a five star hotel. The hotel facility is great, several pools, bars by the beach, restaurant optional. The hotel room is a bit old, but well maintained.

2 months agoStayed here for 8 nights, and the whole family loved it. The hotel is set out very well on a cliff and spaced out nicely, so it never feels crowded. The pool area is beautiful. balls and floating tubes are everywhere. There are 2 slides, but the bigger one is awesome. Rooms are clean and spacious with breathtaking views from sunrise onwards. Cleaners and room service were prompt. Breakfast options are awesome, and there is plenty of room. The only downsides are that the beach breakwall was getting rebuilt, and it seems to trap lots of seaweed. Hopefully, the wall will improve the beach in the future. We found the pricing of food/drinks a little high for the amount of time we stayed there. A long stay discount incentive would fix that. I think most tourists would prefer if hotels just had total price on the menus instead of adding service charge and tax. Had a birthday cake surprise in our room, which was nice. Thank you to all the friendly staff for your hospitality! We will be back!
