Booked an ocean-view room, and the hotel was clean and tidy—couldn’t fault it. We had the buffet dinner here and watched the show, which was a great experience. The only downside was my kid wasn’t too happy because we didn’t get to join any of the hotel’s activities. A lot of the entertainment options aren’t open every day, and you’ve got to book them at least a day in advance. So, in the end, we didn’t get to do much of anything.

About a 20 minute trip from the airport in a bustling little nook. The Grand Mirage was everything we could have wanted for a 5 night stay. Very family friendly with lots of free activities for kids and adults. There is also an adults only pool on site so you can get some respite from the little ones if needed!! The staff are of course incredibly friendly and very helpful. Drinks and food can be served anywhere on the hotel grounds, so if you are tired of drinking by the pool, or in one of the many bars or restaurants, try drinking on the beach! Such a wonderful experience for our honeymoon, if we are lucky enough to visit Bali again we will definitely be coming back

Fantastic accommodation with outstanding service! The all-inclusive experience was incredible and exceeded our expectations. The warm, friendly, helpful and always accommodating staff made it even better. A special mention to Dewa at Grade Cafe for his personalized and attentive service. The facilities were stunning, including an amazing infinity pool—a lovely spot to unwind with a cocktail in hand. The daily massages were the perfect way to relax. Highly recommend this place for a truly unforgettable getaway!

We had a lovely stay. We had the all-inclusive. It was great, 6 different restaurants, unlimited drinks. Pick up and drop off at the airport. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The food was great, and the staff were fantastic. Great location with a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back. Two thumbs up.
