Excellent value for the money we were very happy with our stay at this Resort. The rooms were a little smaller than other places that we stayed but they were really nice and clean. their staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The pool is huge and very well maintained. The beach was very nice and had a good view although there were only a limited number of chairs.

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures online! It is nothing like it. Staff is way out of being friendly as per Bali standards that you find everywhere… they all look like they don’t like their jobs and not willing to help. The place is dirty, breakfast is very basic and not nice, commodities are dirty, and nothing is filled on time. Rooms are ok, but I had booked for a balcony, ended up with just a window giving on a horrible rooftop. Bathroom is dirty and mouldy. Pool has only 10/12 Sun lounges that are booked with guest towels first thing. Access to the « white sand beach » is another lie, sand is dirty and rubbish everywhere. For the price they ask for, please give your money somewhere else, will never go back!

Beautiful hotel. Bathroom needs a bit of maintenance. No hand shower and very less water was coming from shower.most of the holes in the shower are either jammed or rusted. Breakfast menu is good. They have a big swimming pool and a private beach though the water is not very clear.

Felt very regimented. Breakfast basic for the money. Room Service was peculiar as no menu in room. When I phoned for room service was told to go down and take a picture of menu??? These high end hotel clients should go out of the resorts ... 1 min walk either way shows thus disgusting disregard for the beautiful area they are staying in.... see pictures. The hotels should be made to clean up the areas around the beach....

Rooms were good, air conditioned and rodent-free. Acceptably clean. The location is amazing, they have a private beach (dirty and full of moss) which you can access through the swimming pool (unclear pH level 🤧). The food in the restaurant is okay-ish. BREAKFAST is terrible. Service of the staff - seems like they don’t have enough people or don’t like the job itself. Tables take time to be cleaned and tidied up from dirty plates. You need to remind the staff to refill juice/vegetables/pastries/other food items in the breakfast buffet - which is also not that impressive considering the price at which you pay for the rooms. NO HAPPY HOURS. The restaurant menu is overpriced and scarse - though the poolside menu is pretty good. Yeah, they have two seperate menus lol. So if you’re looking for a place with easy access to water, it’s the best place for you. But you’ll be hungry and thirsty. 🤣 (there’s a cool bar with better prices on the left side from the beach). Probably wouldn’t consider staying here again. 🙏
