Great location , water slides, great resort offering everything you need when travelling with kids. Ari our cleaner was so cool!! Leaving us special animal towel figures and our 3 year old loved coming back to the room with a new character each day!! Thank you!! Kids club was good, you do need to pay - but it was a good wind down after swimming all day. Food and dining was good and cocktails always good! Happy hour available most of the day in different areas of resort which was good too!! Walking distance to garlic lane, beach access, only annoying part was the fireworks every night, every hour or 2 . Not so loud at the beach end but the echo from our room was so loud.

We loved every aspects of the property from their large guest rooms to their immaculate gardens. Not to mention the many choices for dining options. The location was superb, just across the road from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. This hotel is suitable for everyone. Will definitely be coming back.

This beach resort has a good location, not too busy as Kuta or Seminiak. Medium size resort had very well maintained grounds and not overwhelmed with tourists. Food quality is very good for both breakfast and dinner. Club members get access to the lounge which is an ac respite from the heat serving great food and drinks. J Free is an absolute delight...such a great host. Only drawback is the room...even for club cottage the room felt like a motel, except for the outdoor shower. Room and bathroom needs serious updating before calling this a 5 star resort. Also the resort can consider putting some beach chairs on the public beach across which is completely overtaken by the vendors with no place to sit unless one buys an overpriced drink. The front desk can do much better dealing with guest concerns .

A Perfect Stay for Couples and Families Mandira Hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The villa was spacious and luxurious, and one of the highlights was the shower with a view of the sky – a refreshing touch! The variety of food offered was fantastic, and the swimming pool was always a perfect spot to relax. We took part in free activities like stretching and yoga, which were led by the highly professional Ms. Tri – a true expert who made each session enjoyable. The property itself is well-maintained, with a beautifully kept garden and an infinity pool by the restaurant offering stunning views. The staff were incredibly warm and prompt, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel’s location is ideal – right on the beach and close to Padma Street, giving us easy access to local attractions. Plus, the affordable laundry and spa services were a nice bonus. Overall, we had an amazing time and felt absolutely excellent during our stay. I would happily return to Mandira anytime!

In January of this year, we spent our first vacation at this resort and we highly recommend it. It is fantastic. The accommodation, food (breakfast, pizza, etc.), spa and service from all the staff are excellent. I would especially like to thank the employee Mr. Arik who took excellent care of cleaning our room. Every day he made a work of art with the towels. My daughters were very happy every day we returned to the room after the pool and there was always a new animal made with the towels. He was very attentive and meticulous. He did an excellent job. In fact, all the staff at this place deserve congratulations for their friendliness and competence. They are all very kind. We returned home already missing Bali. Thank you all for your attention, hospitality and the wonderful memories we will have of this place.
