We really enjoyed our vacation here, hotel is conveniently located near the main beach in Kuta. Couldn't find any weak spots in the hotel. The service was top notch, best I ever experienced and food great, especially the restaurant close to the beach. We liked our room, was just right. Garden was very well kept, also very lush with lot of shades and small ponds, very demure. There are free yoga and pilates classes. It's a pretty good base to visit the rest of the island.

Efficient, variety of options for pool, restaurants, facilities, Spa. Loved the Departure lounge facility and luggage locker option, very considerate. I appreciated a breakfast box when tours started too early to miss breakfast. The hydro pool is bliss. Breakfast options was great. Staff were helpful. Felt at home. A lot of construction noise, could hear drilling of cement during the day and a dog barking. Boardwalk waitress rude and incorrectly billed me twice on checkout. Overall, would book here again. We stayed here recently for a week and really enjoyed it. The rooms are a good size and everything worked as expected. The restaurants around the hotel, some of which are part of the hotel, were all very nice and it was good to have Waterbom across the road. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist you with anything. We used the hotel spa a few times and it was very reasonably priced for a hotel. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It is not as good as other resorts we’ve stayed at, particularly the cooked food, and there was a lack of options. I would stay here again.

I stayed here once and it was amazing, the food is so good and the pool is big enough when it isn’t a busy day. I found the rooms were quite good and spacious. The restaurant inside the hotel is what this review is about. Absolutely amazing, staff were friendly, food was amazing and view was incredible! I definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant! 4/5

Not good if you enjoy a smoke no pool areas can smoke. If need help with cancel after they haven’t met details she advertised they say can’t do it because they won’t contact Agoda when explaining I have data only not phone call capacity. It’s uptight people mostly and it changed from what it used to be it’s now just fully western.
