Bali Dynasty Resort

The food was good. The kids loved the fish pond. The little shops, salon and spa was great. The staff are very friendly. The resort smells. With the sewage vents out side rooms. The rooms aren't sound proof with being able to hear everything from the halls and other rooms. Rooms smell of mold. The kids pool was dirty and not cleaned in the 7 days we were there with 4 kids in our group getting ear infections. The adult pool was average with only 6 seats at the swim up bar. No shade over pools. You had to sign for every drink at the pool, you couldn't do a tab. You could only charge to the room if you already put money down before. The kids club is not suitable for 6yo+ kids with only young children's activities. Kuta Beach isn't a beach you can only walk along paving on side of beach. The little shops outside hotel beach entrance and very pushy.

We booked this hotel as part of a holiday package through the airline and were a bit unsure about what to expect upon arrival. However, everything went smoothly, and check-in was hassle-free. My partner requested a room change due to a moldy smell, and the new room we were given was lovely. We ended up dining at the hotel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout our stay, and my family had no issues with the food. The staff were all very friendly and happy to assist with any request.

Great hotel for families. The staff are all wonderful and love the kids. They are kind and courteous and very friendly. They make your stay wonderful. The waterpark is great fun for the kids to swim and explore. Lots of different food to eat within the resort with fair pricing. The gift shop has fair pricing too. Rooms are fairly clean. If you have any issues they will sort it out right away. The housekeepers are wonderful and friendly - they love leaving different towel creations everyday! There's a duck and fish pond in the garden where you can feed them. The gardens are beautiful with lots of photo opportunities! The location is close to shops and restaurants where you can walk to. They have security at the front so you feel quite safe. Overall, pretty happy with our 7 night stay at Dynasty 👍😊

Absolutely fantastic, we loved our stay so much that we re booked literally day we arrived home and we are bringing our family next time! Excellent service, excellent food and amazing for kids. The waterside and water play area is a massive hit and the main reason we are returning with family! We loved the on site hair braiding and hair salon as well as the nail salon and feeding the fish was a daily delight! Theme dinners were fantastic and breakfast was beautiful, chefs even went above and beyond for special requests like hash browns or scrambled eggs. Room service and daily room cleaning was awesome. The resort mini mart was very reasonably priced and the tour service was exceptional. As a mum I loved that the floors were cleaned each day and the beds were made! Laundry is a bit pricey but it's all about convenience, the laundry across the road is very well priced. It was a proper relaxing break with fantastic massages and awesome staff! We can wait to come back in December 2025!

So this place has good rooms, food, breakfast and activities but there is one main problem that I have with the dynasty. The smoking is absolutely crazy, I was swimming in the pool and counted 10 cigarettes laying at the bottom of the pool in ONE SESSION. Other that’s that I think it’s an amazing hotel and if you’re going with kids, you should definitely check this out. It’s also perfectly placed near the beach and outside the hotel isn’t too busy. 3/5
