Bali Dynasty Resort

A great Resort, in a great location and service. All the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Every single staff member smiles and says hello. LOTS and f activities for the kids and the Kids club is one of the best we have experienced. Easy walking distance to beach, shop and restaurants outside of the Resort, however the Resort has everything you need and you don’t really need to leave. Prices are a bit more expensive than what you could find outside, but that is expected. Rooms are comfortable and tidy, however they are getting. Little dated, particularly the bathrooms - but overall highly recommend.

It will be nice if can get room which has center garden or pool view. They have renovated for the room after pandemic I think, cause of this time rooms feel better compare when I visited in 2022. Beautiful garden and big pool. They have some spots for sunbathing. The marketing and services are so welcome and helpful.

We loved! Great location, easy to eat outside the hotel, however the hotel has also great food and every night some entertainment. Very nice atmosphere, staff friendly but the most we liked it how they great organised. Small facility, but everything was there. The playground and the restaurant are next to the main pool. Kids club next to the kids splash playground, they could have more new/modern toys but anyway the staff does everything to make kids stay and be happy - lots off craft/ art. The most I like it … foot massage next to the pool, also the spa was great 👍

I stayed in an interconnecting room at The Dynasty with my husband, two kids, mum and MIL. The rooms were nice, not super new but still nice. It was a great resort for the kids. They loved the kids pool area and the big slide the resort had. The kids club has been recently refurbished so it was really nice and clean. The staff around the hotel were really lovely too. The hotel breakfast was good, but we ventured out most mornings to try different cafe's around Kuta. The Day Spa amenities were great as well. They also have ladies come around the pool area offering 30 minute foot massages for AUD$12. The location was good. You can walk along the main street for markets, food and bars. Overall I would recommend this resort if you're staying with kids or friends.

We were rather disappointed with this resort. We were expecting a five star resort where we could enjoy the last three days of our dream Bali holiday. We came here as a family of four with two boys, 11 and five years old. Even though we paid a premium price for our stay, the room was very small and the furniture is outdated. The room was clean, but for a five star resort, we would have expected more space and the higher standard. Out of the three swimming pools only two can be used by children. One is for adults only. We were not aware about that before. There is no direct access to the beach. The overall noice level in hotel was quite loud since most guests are families with small kids. Except of the room, which we really did not like there was nothing particular bad about this hotel, but just the overall experience did not feel close to a 5-star resort especially considering the price we have paid for the room.
